If you are not in close proximity to your airbnb (like us) then it is extremely helpful to have these couple gadgets! These have not only been extremely helpful, but they are also a cost saver! No cable bills, no needing to pay someone to meet your guest to let them in and control your lights , AC etc to help keep your electric bill in check!

Echo Studio
Not only is this great for music or answering any crazy questions your guest may ask Alexa but it’s also a SMART HOME HUB! Most of our lights at our Cliff House rental are smart lights and soon we hope to install a smart thermostat. This Echo Studio is the base to which we control all other gadgets. Saving us money by ensuring our house is being run efficiently (so your electric bill is protected from those guest that like to leave the heat or ac on full blast and all your lights on when they leave).
Fire Stick
None of our TVs have a cable subscription but they all have the fire stick allowing our guest to stream movies, TV shows that meet the interest of all guest … even the littlest guest.. did someone say Paw patrol?
This also saves us from the cost of a cable bill, guest sign in with their own accounts not requiring us to accounts for streaming apps like Netflix and Disney Plus.
Smart Locks
Install a smart lock system that allows you to remotely control access to your property. You can provide temporary access codes to guests, cleaning personnel etc.. eliminating the need for physical keys and ensuring security.
Exterior Motion Sensor Lights & Outdoor Camera
Install an outdoor security camera and motion sensor lights to monitor your property remotely and provide light for the night time arrival guest.
